Curry Construction, Inc. is a family-owned general contracting firm based in central Illinois, established in 1991 by Jay Curry. What began as a service-focused operation has grown into a well-respected commercial and industrial contractor with a reputation for dependable execution and long-term customer relationships. Today, the company remains family-led, with Jay’s son, John Curry, serving as Vice President and overseeing company operations, construction management, and project development. Jay’s daughter, Beth Curry, serves as Controller, managing finance, accounting, office administration, and Human Resources.
This leadership team has guided Curry Construction through steady, intentional growth, expanding its reach across commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, and food production markets. Much of the company’s success is rooted in multigenerational client relationships built on trust, performance, and consistency. Curry Construction offers the capability to support projects from estimating and design through final completion. With deep experience in troubleshooting and self-performing key trades—including steel erection, process piping, plumbing, carpentry, site civil and utilities, and mechanical services—the company maintains a highly skilled in-house workforce and a substantial equipment inventory. This allows Curry Construction to respond quickly to project demands, planned shutdowns, and unexpected service or maintenance needs.
