September 2025 All Employee Meeting Recap
September 2025 Curry Construction All Employee Meeting
On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, Curry Construction employees gathered for another productive All Employee Meeting, covering a wide range of updates designed to strengthen safety, streamline operations, and recognize our team’s hard work. Here’s a quick recap of what was discussed—and celebrated—and what’s coming next!
📣 Hard Hat Hotline Recognition
The meeting began with Hard Hat Hotline submissions. Among them was a special compliment from Bobbi Osteen to Michelle Niebrugge for her outstanding work on the monthly Builder’s Bulletin employee newsletter, making it more informative and interactive each month. Thank you, Michelle, for your dedication to keeping our team connected and engaged!
If you have a comment, suggestion, compliment, feedback that you want to share, make sure to submit it using the Hard Hat Hotline here!
🛠️ ToolWatch & Asset Management Protocols
Next, employees were introduced to updated ToolWatch and Asset Management procedures. Key points included:
- Returning items to the shop for inspection and maintenance before reassignment—tools will no longer move directly from job site to job site.
- Assignment and responsibility tracking—tools will now be checked out to individuals, reinforcing accountability and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
💻 IT Request Form Updates
The IT Request Form has been updated to include a new appointment scheduling option, allowing employees to reserve time with IT for troubleshooting, equipment setup, or training. This improvement helps ensure efficient support while reducing downtime.
🔒 Lock Out, Tag Out Procedures
Safety remains a top priority. The meeting also covered Lock Out, Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, with the issuing of assigned, numbered locks to employees. This system strengthens safety protocols and ensures compliance during equipment servicing.
🥪 Refreshments & Networking
Employees enjoyed a spread of meat, sausage, cheese, crackers, vegetable, and fruit trays—fueling conversations and camaraderie before the prize drawings.
