CONCRETE FINISHER
THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for placing, smoothing, finishing, and curing concrete for a wide range of construction projects. This role requires precision, physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. The Concrete Finisher will work closely with site supervisors, concrete foreman, and other crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard.

| Schedule | Monday – Friday | Day Shift 8 or 10 hour shift Overtime, Weekends, and Holidays as needed |
| Travel | Daily Travel to Scheduled Job Site(s) within the Region The employee may occasionally be required to travel overnight, to conferences, educational opportunities and other job-related activities. |

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Pour, level, and finish concrete using hand tools and power equipment (e.g., floats, trowels, screeds).
- Apply curing compounds, sealants, or surface treatments as required.
- Smooth out surfaces using a variety of techniques including hand-troweling, brooming, and edging.
- Set forms and prepare sub-grade for concrete placement.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with foreman and crew to meet project deadlines.

- Ability to kneel for long periods
- Work in Varying Weather Conditions
- Must be reliable and show up on time every day
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day (your own vehicle or a ride)
