July 2025 All Employee Meeting Recap

The Curry Construction team came together on Friday, July 25, 2025 for another successful All Employee Meeting. Here’s a look at what went down—and what’s coming next.

At the July meeting, employees were reminded of Curry Construction’s Paid Day Off (PDO) Card policy. This one-time-use card provides flexibility for employees facing unexpected absences—even without available PTO. Approved uses include illness, personal emergencies, or avoiding an attendance violation for a same-day call-in. Just remember: the PDO card must be submitted the same day as the absence (exceptions apply for emergencies). Misuse may affect eligibility. For full policy details or questions, contact HR.

We also reviewed important road safety reminders, as motor vehicle accidents remain a leading cause of workplace fatalities in construction. Always buckle up, drive alert, and avoid distractions—whether in a company truck or your own vehicle. Your safety matters on and off the clock.

Congratulations to our July drawing winners!
